Convenient validated parking in Downtown Seattle – in the Securities Building Parking Garage
Wheelchair access is available from either Third Avenue or Fourth Avenue between Stewart & Virginia Streets

(Wheelchair Access: Once parked in the garage, follow the signs to the Bed, Bath & Beyond elevator and take the elevator to the street level. Exit the elevator and out through the glass doors onto 3rd Avenue. Enter the Securities Building lobby, which is to your left 75 feet or so . Once in the building, take an elevator to the 6th floor, exit to your right and the office is just off the elevator, Suite 635.

From I-5 Northbound:
Take the Seneca St exit (on the left side of the freeway) – EXIT #165
Stay in the left lane
Follow Seneca downhill to 4th Avenue
Turn right on 4th
Follow for several blocks and stay in the left lane
Soon Macy’s will be on your left, look ahead of the Gene Juarez Salon on the corner 4th & Stewart
Turn left onto Stewart, get into the right lane
Turn right onto 3rd Avenue
Park in the Securities Building garage, which is on your right soon after you turn onto Third Avenue
Once parked in the garage, follow the signs to the Bed, Bath & Beyond elevator and take it to the street level. Exit the elevator and out through the glass doors onto 3rd Avenue. Enter the Securities Building lobby, which is to your left 75 feet or so. Once in the building, take an elevator to the 6th floor, exit to your right and the office is just off the elevator, Suite 635.

From I-5 Southbound:
Take the Stewart St exit
Stay in the middle or right lane until you cross 5th or 4th Ave, then get into the right lane
Turn right onto 3rd Avenue
Park in the Securities Building garage, which is on your right soon after you turn onto Third Avenue
Once parked in the garage, follow the signs to the Bed, Bath & Beyond elevator and take it to the street level. Exit the elevator and out through the glass doors onto 3rd Avenue. From SR-99 Northbound:
Take the Seneca St exit
Head uphill to 4th
Turn left onto 4th Avenue

Take the Denny St exit
Go straight across Denny (don’t turn onto Denny)
Street turns into Wall St, follow for a few blocks
Turn RIGHT onto 3rd Avenue
Once you’ve crossed Virginia St, look for the Securities Building Parking Garage on your left and turn into it
Once parked in the garage, follow the signs to the Bed, Bath & Beyond elevator and take it to the street level. Exit the elevator and out through the glass doors onto 3rd Avenue. Enter the Securities Building lobby, which is to your left 75 feet or so .
